...See more When I’m alone my thoughts are like very depressing and put me in a place where I’m all sad and go into numbness. So I always look a Movie or Show when I’m alone that distract me from it. It needs to be loud in my area, the silence is not good for me. So I’m always around my family and go with them to my aunts or uncles. The point is i need someone at my side or so ring loud next to me. That distracts me from my own thoughts.

...See more Since Saturday I have a massiv anxiety towards one person. I’m afraid to talk to this person and this person and I are not in good term right now. Everytime when I see that person my anxiety goes up and I’m so little compared to that person. My tears are even coming when I talk with that person or just see that person. I’m afraid that My anxiety goes worse everytime when I see that person! Does someone have a advice how I can stop that my anxiety is there and block my body completely?
