Hi im bi
Do you ever feel like giving up bc its to difficult to face the truth...? Well I do. Im Alex and Im bi. So thats it. Why so hard to accept? Ill tell why: rejection, anxiety, fear, being alone, not knowing anyone in this situation... like me... im tired of all this and ready to give up... why is it so hard... to go on?
@Alexnolastname I am sorry you feel weighed down by the challenges of life. Life always seems tough right where we are now. And the problems I face seem insurmountable, but there is something that helps me keep on going. Life is full of change. It may not turn out exactly as I think it should but giving up is not a path I want to go on. I want to see how the movie turns out.
The biggest hurt I face is the loss of people I love, the loss of relationships, the loss of support from people that supported me. All this leads me back to grief. This poet finds grief and finds reasons to go on. Sometimes just for a day sometimes for 5 minutes. If you find yourself continuing to have thoughts of hopelessness or not wanting to go on, please seek crisis support. Here is the link for that since 7 Cups does not offer crisis support.

Hope you get the support you are looking for.

Hi Alex, I am so sorry that you are still struggling with accepting being bi due to the stigma attached to it by some people in our society (may I give you a hug?). It's hard to be yourself when others judge you and even more if you feel alone in your struggle. I'm so glad that you reached out and joined the 7cups community. Did you know that we have an LGTQ community? You can find it here https://www.7cups.com/forum/lgbtq/DiscussionsandResources_2305/
Alex, you're not alone, we are here to support you so that you can be the wonderful person you are!💙
I am unsure as to what there is to offer after two amazing people. They show great compassion for being non-judgmental.
This world is suppose.to be so open and compassionate. If that were true then why are there people like you and .e and so so many others that feel as we do.
Well know you are not alone and you ate accepted, valid, and welcomed
@Alexnolastname you don’t have to admit to anyone until you’re ready. Be yourself in secret. Tell someone you trust. It will be okay. I am bi too and few know. If it makes you feel any better - hot take- everyone is a little gay. People just don’t choose to admit it

You know the one interesting thing I had learned in the last few years:
When a Male sees himself in the mirror (walking past or whatever), he will look at himself. Now he is not looking at himself as in the mirror saying 'is my collar is straight, do I have spots on my shirt. Etc.
He is looking at himself with attraction. Maybe lust?
@Alexnolastname
Lmao alex, i came here to write,"hi bi, I'm dad" after reading the title, but it turned out to be a serious issue.
