i cant figure out
the paths in 7 cups really help. but as im dealing with multiple things ( anxiety, depression,self harm, stress from work) i dont do which path i should follow or follow first. its reall confusing as theyare almost equaly affecting my life. i dont know which one i should priotitize. plz give me any suggestions

I get how having multiple things to choose from can create some confusion. Perhaps you can try picking something you feel that'll currently help more/ feel inclined towards, without needing to rush in anyway. Your pace is always good enough around here! 💛
