Establishing healthy habits is important to enhance your mental health. Healthy habits and self-care routines lay the cornerstone for a flourishing life. Just as a sturdy house requires a solid foundation, our well-being thrives on the structure provided by habits that prioritize physical, mental, and emotional health including exercise, proper sleep, nutritious meals and creative activities

Two of my favorite well-being routines are listening to gratitude affirmations in the morning and meditating after lunch and before bedtime. They help me to get into a positive attitude for the day in the morning and to relax during the day and at night.

I have been enjoying morning walks recently. I've noticed feeling much more productive and energized for the day! :) 💜

What are your favorite well-being habits and routines?

My favorite well being habits that I practice is relaxing by coloring or doing any thing that it creative and my phone sends me  3 self affirmations for the day.

How have they positively impacted your mental health?

They impacted my mental health by letting me be creative everyday. Which helps me feel calm and relaxed. And the self affirmations lets me say positive things about myself rather always staying in the negative all the time.

@soulsings well I get enough sleep 😁 and I do gentle exercises with my carers every morning, and I do creative stuff to, I love arts and crafts, sometimes I write poems. ❤❤❤ it's hard to be healthy and disabled, but I try😁

@soulsings. I’ve been doing breathing meditation in the evening and when I get anxious. It helps me to feel calmer. I’ve been keeping a gratitude journal also.

I have a feeling that my well-being habits could be frowned upon on this website, but they sure did positively impact my mental health
