Sharing my favourite quote by Banksy. As a reminder to myself and others that to rest when tired isn't to quit. And it's ok to give ourselves time to recover before continuing our journey that is life.  Such beautiful words with beautiful meaning.  Today is my day off,  so I shall do just that.  Rest. Happy Sunday all. ☺️❤️🥰

Aw thank you for the compassionate reminder to allow oneself to rest. 

Yes, indeed, resting isn't the same as quitting, we can all take pauses as and when needed and begin again.🌞
