Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally focusing one’s attention on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations without judgment. It involves cultivating awareness and presence in daily life, often through meditation, breathing exercises, or mindful observation.

AI practice mindfulness by following the breath if I am in a difficult situation. I use mindfulness to explore how my mind works,, seeing how I bounce off of other's words to me and also how I can avert reacting like that. Mindfulness helps me improve relationships.

How can you practice mindfulness this week? 

I had a nice spa day at home today and will continue doing every day something relaxing for my mind and body and be mindful about keeping my energy levels balanced.

I am starting to be more mindful of my hands. Especially in times of stress.

I"ve been enjoying finding moments each day to simply be present, whether it's taking a few deep breaths, enjoying a quiet walk, or fully savoring a meal? 🌟

I have made it a point to take a few minutes a day to pray. I make it a rule to put down my phone when I am spending time with my granddaughter. I am focusing on my appearance a d realizing how much more confident I am becoming.
