Tuesday is nearing an end, no word from my therapist since I signed up
Over the weekend I paid for therapy, and sent an opening message to the therapist I was connected with. I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response I got that day, asking me some introduction questions, which I answered Sunday. I have yet to hear anything since my response. No word Monday, nor today yet. A little frustrating to be told we'll get a response at least once maybe twice Monday through Friday.

Hi, yes! Thank you. It appears to have been a technical glitch. I right after making this post, received a response from the therapist and an explanation and it's all good!
@straightforwardBanana2505 glad it worked out but save that email if you have any problems that is the fastest way to get a response regarding therapy.
