how is everyone today?
Not good. Extremely anxious. Feeling very judged and extremely low self esteem! As though every one thinks I am creepy and weird even though I just want to be friends with people! I feel so overwhelmed and under-friended lately!!!

i am not doing great even though today was a good day i still get almost crippling anxiety at night so i have to keep my ESK (emotional support kitty) close and ready for hugs! 😊

Hello all .
I am having a decent day . Lately I have been feeling extremely lonely since I have no friends in real life . Hence , I have been constantly in pursuit of making some good friends on 7cups . So far my attempt hasn't had much success . I have made couple of friends but I doubt if they will PM me . That's fine I guess. Such is life .
@calmsoulmeet hi nice to hear your enthusiasm. We have support groups at 3:30 PM EDT in 25 minutes in Fifty Plus (18+ welcome) and at 5PM EDT in Mindfulness. These are great places to meet people and share in discussions.
