What Brings Meaning and Purpose into Your Life?
Hi everyone,
So in the UK right now it is very windy and rainy. I've nearly been blown down my driveway! Thankfully the storm is subsiding now.
Studies have shown that when we focus on meaning and purpose in our lives and what brings us both of those elements we are happier and more motivated.
I thought we could discuss what brings meaning and purpose into our lives. It can be small, anything you like that brings you meaning and purpose!

What brings meaning and purpose to my life is being able to support others. having goals to pursue, hope, and recognizing new tools to build resilience I have not known before.

I can relate to what you say about giving support to others, it is so rewarding seeing someone smile at you when they received your help.
I love a breezy day, I go out and walk and it clears my head, blows away my issues. Makes me feel happy
