What is the Kahoot Sessions Team?

The Kahoot Sessions Team is an exclusive team recently launched for the teenage community, making 7 Cups a more enjoyable place while your learn and have fun in the Special Events chat room. This team is dedicated to hosting Kahoot, an interactive quiz game that allows you to have a good time with other other members and listeners in the 7 Cups chat room while gaining more knowledge.

Kahoot Sessions Team roles:

Within the Kahoot Sessions Team, you can do countless tasks, each one has their role. Below is a brief summary of all the roles:

• Kahoot Sessions Team Leader: This role is based on coordinating the Kahoot Sessions Team, creates materials, handles join and training requests, resolves member concerns, manages sessions statistics, and ensures team protocols are followed.

• Kahoot Sessions Team Sub-Leader: This role is based on assisting the team leader with granted tasks and responsibilities.

• Kahoot Sessions Team Forum Content Creator: This role is based on creating forum posts to encourage participation, and thanks and congratulates session participants.

• Kahoot Sessions Team Selector Manager: This role is based on searching for Kahoots meeting safety standards and adds them to the Recommended Kahoot List.

• Kahoot Sessions Team Feedback Coordinator: This role is based on giving the opportunity to give feedback to participants who have attended a Kahoot Session.

• Kahoot Sessions Team Host: This role is based on leading Kahoot sessions, promotes participation, and creates a fun learning environment.

• Kahoot Sessions Team 7 Cups Kahoot Masters Program Host: This role applies to 7 Cups Kahoot Masters program participants who have opted to host Kahoot sessions.

• Kahoot Sessions Team Supervisor: This role is based on ensuring that hosts adhere to all established team guidelines during sessions.

• Kahoot Sessions Team Project Agent: This role is based on recruiting users from the 7 Cups community to join the team as Kahoot Sessions Team hosts.

If you are joining the team for the first time, you can only apply for one of these three roles: Kahoot Sessions Team Host, Kahoot Sessions Team Supervisor, or Kahoot Sessions Team Project Agent. Here's how the application process for a role on our team works:

1) You can apply for any role and we will review it within a certain time, which will always depend on the Kahoot Sessions Team protocols. You can see the official protocol document by clicking on the following link: https://tinyurl.com/KSTProtocols

2) A leader or sub-leader will contact you and invite you to do the training for the said role. You will have 7 days to complete the training from the moment it is sent to you.

3) Once you submit the training, we will review and evaluate it in a certain time and in a certain way. This may vary depending on the role. You can see how to proceed and evaluate in our protocols document.

As we don't have team badges yet because our wonderful IT team is focusing on other things to improve many aspects of the 7 Cups community, we will use a list where you can see the position held by each of the members on the team.
