Just quit smoking. So far Iโve had 2 panic attacks a lot of anxiety and sadness. More than usual. Smoking was my way for taking away my stress and sadness now without it , I feel out of sorts.
I know time and dedication will make it better, however it would be nice to exchange some support on here. I love you all, you are so strong for this change

Hello there! That is awesome! I've struggled with quitting multiple times now but I'm not losing hope. Everytime I try I just get miserable, but that's just a part of it. It's impossible to feel good right after you quit. The more difficult it is, the more worth it it'll beโค๏ธ sending love
