Can’t stay clean
I keep going back to it. I try to do other things but getting overwhelmed and just start back
@bidiana15
Hello!
This sounds like a really tough situation to be in. I hear you trying hard to stay clean which is admirable. I also understand that things can get overwhelming and we can have the urge to resort back to our unhealthy coping mechanisms. That's completely valid. Healing isn't linear or has a timeline. However, I do understand your concerns. You said you try doing other things, what do they include, if you'd like to share with us? What are some other ways of coping that you know of?

I know this is difficult. Please remember that we're here for you. ❤️
I talk to my friends or try to focus on going to school which is what I been wanting to do for over a year now. but always get overwhelmed
@bidiana15 that's understandable. ❤️ It's very difficult in situations like this. Please feel free to let us know how can we best support you. Know that you're not alone, we're in this together!

That's very relatable. I think most people have to try to quit multiple times before they quit for good. But you're never going back to square one, because each time you try you are learning more skills that will help you in your next attempt.
Wishing you the best of luck.
A day at a time Every step forward is one less back and it is okay to stumble Keep strong Keep focused .. believe
I had stopped more than 10 years ago. And here I am. Wasting away. I don't eat. I force myself.
The guilt.
My stress was being fired for child neumonia.
The same landlord I worked for after being 13 days late I was served 3:days notice to vacate.
The light was getting disconnected. So much.
I feel so guilty. No one knows.
The hard part is I can get anything I want anytime.free.

I can relate to at least part of what you are saying here. I had been doing so much better for a few years, but here I am back again due to not being able to cope with certain stressors in my life. I also feel guilty about it. I wish I knew what to say. I guess maybe just to try to have some compassion for yourself if you can. These kinds of problems are not easy, and relapses are common.

I understand the situation you are going in. But always stay focused and try to do other activities that give you more pleasure. Meditation is also a good way to get rid of it.
