I thank a dear friend I fear through it all, all the evil, have Infact lost

this breaks me

I'd thank my 9th grade homeroom teacher. She always wanted to know how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. My dad died my 9th grade year and none of my other teachers (or any of my "friends" for that matter) cared at all. She was the only one.
