Student life balance

Hey guys,
I'm new here, nice to meet you all :)
I want to ask you guys how you balance your life with college taking most of your time, especially how do you find the energy to practice hobbies and your mood. I feel very worn out and tired so much so that I keep feeling like i should drop out and just curl up in a ball. Which leaves me with like 0 energy for anything but college and work haha
I was talking to my professor and he said that I'm just probably going through a bad period in my life but it's true only mentally, otherwise my life is uneventful it feels like there is an ongoing war in my head constantly... i don't know what to do.
Any tips or advice would be appreciate,
Thanks so much

@PalmTree7773 You don't need dramatic trauma going on to justify the state of your mental health- if you're struggling, you're struggling. You're doing college AND working! Of course you're tired. And that's not doing your mental health favors. Like I said, you don't need dramatic suffering to cause a mental breakdown- sometimes its just the constant wear and tear without enough breaks or meaning that'll cause wars in your brain. I need more info:
Do you like your studies? Do you like your job? Are you able to get steps in during the day? Are you drinking enough water? Are you getting enough sleep? How often do you see your friends?
