Stressed about college exams

Exams are coming again and I need to start the study now. I have very few days like three weeks or more, now to complete my whole syllabus from scratch. Feeling very stressed cause I barely can study for a hour. Festival season is coming so there will be so much distraction and less time to study. And the thing that is making me stressed is I am not having stress about the exams lol. someone give some advices to start it

I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling really stressed about the upcoming exam. I like to put on music while studying, it helps me concentrate and meditation helps too.

Anyway I hope everything goes well with your exams.

Hey apeatrice, yeah Its helpful to do meditation and listen music to calm the mind. I usually do it in breaks when I feel exhausted.

Syllabus are so much but still trying to do best lol.

It sounds like a tough spot, but you've got three weeks—a solid amount of time with the right approach! 

Start by studying for 20/30 minutes, with a 5 minute pause. That's the strategy that worked for me when I couldn't concentrate 😊 setting a timer was helpful

Hey beechie, yeah that's helpful I am trying to do same like studying for 25 minutes than a break. But sitting on desk for so long or starting study session is hardest part for me, when I can't complete my daily goal.

I hear you. Most of the time sitting on just one place while studying also frustrate me. So, what I do is walk around the house, or a garden, or maybe a hallway whatever is available to you. Another thing that I do is role playing thing like I am teaching someone when ofcourse there is no one😂 I know it's weird😁 but this technique really helped me. If you would like, you can try it too and see if it's helpful for you. Also, standing in front of mirror and explaining the topic to yourself really helps too if you are a person who doesn't like to sit for a long time. I hope these helps, have a wonderful day💖

Thanks for sharing this missie 😃 It is really helpful. I do it too when I don't feel like study on table. These are really helpful advice.

But right now I am trying to learn topics from youtube videos so I have to sit on the table and it is kinda exhausting to fit so much information in mind in Very small time. But thanks for your help. Hope you are having a great day ✨

Day 3 of studying hard for exams. Still have so much syllabus and to cover in only around 11 days ð¥´

I saw a reel which says "it does get easier, everyday

But you got to do it everyday, that's the hard part " and I can feel it. Doing it everyday is feeling so hard like my mind is mostly drained. I have headaches lol because I usually study only before exams just to pass lol.

Now it's getting hard.
