@thoughtfulNectarine910 Hello Nectarine! Happy 18th Birthday!🥳🎂🎉

I can totally understand how stressful it is for you, especially with an important exam coming up. I am so glad to hear that your preparation for the exam is going. You are already putting alot of effort, splendid job!✨ Distractions or overthinking can definitely make things feel harder. It’s completely normal to get frustrated when things like phones or other thoughts start pulling you away from studying. We are humans and we are so much attracted to distractions hehehe😄

When it's comes to getting away with distractions, here are some approaches I am sharing that you can try and see if these help. First one is setting a time for study like scheduling and remember to put your phone in different room and not with you. When you are scheduling, make sure that your studying sessions are time bounded sessions with clear goals of what you are trying to achieve in a specific period of time. Do not multitask, focus on one task at a moment. You can also perform pomodoro technique too, if you would like. It will keep you away from overthinking. If overthinking persists, you can also try journaling, writing your thoughts in a journal. Next is, don't forget to have short breaks. These can help keep your mind fresh and reduce burnout. Last but not least, do reward yourself after accomplishing the goal of a day! It arises self-compassion and decreases distractions of using phone during the blocked out time for study.💛 You are encouraged to use the four quadrants of time too.

Some extra tips😁: Stay hydrated and don't skip your meals. Reach out for support if you feel your emotions being too high.✨

I hope these all of help! Sending you lots of best wishes and hugs! You got this🤗💖
