Anyone have tips ?
Hi all , I’m a first year uni student ,fresh out of high school.
I really enjoy the program I’m in and everything, but I had a lot of trouble eating in high school and now am finding myself slipping back to old habits , and feeling guilty otherwise. There’s a lot of parts to school that seem to trigger me, but they’re pretty much unavoidable.
This is starting to get in the way of my school work, because I get anxious and really tired.
Does anyone know any tips to help with this ? It’s getting really exhausting and I’m only 2 months in. Thanks
@willingRaspberries9438 hi Berries , being in school comes with so many challenges but identifying that you have habits you don't wish to go back to is a good step to start with.
