Feeling tired and can't relax
I have a music exam coming up in two days. I'm quite prepared but its been a tough few months preparing for this exam and other commitments. I feel quite tired and find it difficult to relax as my brain is so used to being in work mode. Sleeping's been difficult too. I've been doing guided meditations which help for the most part but some days are more challenging than others. Hoping I can feel relaxed and energised in the days to come.

It sounds like you're feeling very stressed about the exam coming up and all of the hard work you've put in has no doubt made you feel very tired too!! Are you taking breaks during studies and have you made a study plan? It's important you rest too as your mind will consolidate everything you've put in there too :)
