Exams, and distraction..

I need immediate help.. Please anyone, I tried to post one before but I don't know how to access that thread, I should n must study but I can't , my life depends on whether or not I finish this exam. I feel like I should keep sleeping every morning n never wake up.. A failure, a loser of the family.. Help my concentrate n study anyone please! All I feel I doing is lie down n watch tv..

Study in small chunks, with breaks in between. Start with something you're more familiar/interested in, then work your way through to the harder part. At most times, studying for exams, many of us need to force ourselves to make the time to study, concentrate and focus. You're off to a good start, knowing that this exam means a lot to what your future will hold. Try and study with that in mind. "This is an important exam. I must study to get a good grade so I have a more positive outlook for my future. I will not be a failure. I will show my family what I'm capable of doing through this exam. I can do this!"~
