Cope without outside stress
This semester was going smooth until my relationship started having issues. I’m having trouble dealing with my relationship while still having to worry about going to school and studying. My question is how do you cope with outside stressed while still giving school as studying the attention that’s needed?
Our mental health is really important. Relationship issues can drain a lot of our energy, outside stress like this is a bit tricky. I think the best way is to set time aside, to deal with all the emotions the relationship is causing, then work in chunks for school and studying. Sometimes we just need to clench our teeth and work through it. Do make sure you give yourself some time to deal the emotions you're feeling from the relationship issues though. Do balance it out~
