wanna ask if u guys are able to load chats earlier? cuz for me, only previous ten chats is available. others are gone, wanna contact old listener but unable to remember their user name

@smilelychee The other listeners you have chatted to are listed on your Progress page. But if a listener has changed their name or left 7 Cups they might no longer be in the list.
