@Sunisshiningandsoareyou I think they mean the 'suggested reply' for listeners in one-on-one chats. While I don't have a listener account, I've at least heard about that existing.

Oh yes, there's that suggestive text displaying on the chat screen sometimes. I've learned to ignore it with time. :0Â
Sometimes refreshing the chat can help poofing that suggestive text/ generic advice on listening skills. On the phone browser, there's also a way to enlarge the chat-space or can switch to the desktop-site mode/ version that provides more space in the chat to type/ see. @SillyGoofster
It's the "Ai button reply" that sounded confusing with Noni, poor bot is often criticized for being annoying lol.😅

I think instead directly giving suggestions they should come up with togel or something, after enabling and disabling will activate or deactivate that suggestion text.Â
