Updated Listener Icon Poll
Thanks to everyone who voted in my first poll - your feedback was so valuable! I've created some new options to vote on again - I hope you'll bear with me!
If you're seeing the poll for the first time, let me give a quick explanation!
The listener status icons will show above the chat window on your browser, and the three options (online, busy, offline) will also have text next to them. The goal is to both show what status your listener account is currently set to, as well as change your status right on top of your chat window. I'm redesigning the icons for those who may have difficulty differentiating between the colors of the status dots we have now.
(Please forgive my lousy photoshop skills - I'm better at writing code than making pictures!)

If you don't have a Google account, put your votes in the thread here and I will count them. The icons in the poll are shown below. The top line (A - D) is for the online icon, the middle line (E - H) is for the busy icon, and the bottom row (I - N) is for the offline icon.

I think we need the same shapes. It is hard enough for a lot of folks just remembering the color.

I think the main idea is making the shapes different for people who are colour blind and therefore cannot easily differentiate between different colours of the same shape.

Then why don't we just use words then or is there going to be a key on what the colors mean?

'the three options (online, busy, offline) will also have text next to them.' I assume that means they will in fact have text labels in addtion to the new icons/colours.
fwiw, a gray chat bubble still looks like a chat bubble to me (implying available to talk...)
