Reach Out
Sometimes with guests or members alike, there are uncomfortable or triggering chats that would make the Listener not at ease and wouldn't know how to proceed furthermore. So suggesting the guests/members to link to another Listener would be ideal. However, numerous of them would feel reluctant and would then lose momemntum and motivation to link to & chat with another Listener. So I'm suggesting that maybe there will be some way to have other Listener be able to reach out without the troubled guest/member lose momentum and be discouraged in needing the support they need.
I agree that there can sometimes be a challenge in referring other members and losing them in the process, but I'm not sure what the best solution for that is, since at the same time, I understand the reasoning for having listeners not be able to reach out, to protect the members. I'm interested to here what others think.
