No way to block abusive users

Hello creative!

I'm not sure if you're talking about 1-1 chats or the support rooms but there is a way to block/mute a member/listener. You have the ability to block a listener in your buttons up top in the 1-1 chat box. There is also a way to block a member or listener in the support rooms by the username. It should say mute/report.

If someone is being abusive on the forums, you can always flag their post and mods will determine if it needs to be modified or removed. I'd also recommend not engaging with those who are making trouble and allow forum mentors to deal with it. I think our mentors do a terrific job at making sure there is no trouble on the forums but if there is a post that has been neglected to look at, always flag!
