Issues with the website speed
I don't know if its just me or many of you are facing this, but 7 cups is running really really slow on my browser. Because of which my chats are getting delayed and I am not able to talk to the members I connected with. I have to keep them waiting till the chat window is loading. Its only the conversation window that has become very slow. I tried opening other websites and they are running on normal speed. I don't think there is a problem with my internet connection. What do I do?
It is not just you! I think we are all experiancing this.
My Members/Guests said the same thing to me.
I think the servers are very bogged down for some reason.
Hey, Flycat01. Thanks for confirming my suspicions. It's not just you. I'm having the same problem and have tried to see if restarting my computer or changing web browsers helped, to no avail. I have a feeling this is why we're having 50-60-ish general requests right now. It's causing a backlog, but there's nothing we can do on our end.
I hope they resolve this soon! Its become so hard to communicate with the members. I have to wait for so long for the chat window to open. This is not good
Yeah, me too! I've been telling every chatter that's connected with about the problem and HOPEFULLY they received my message.
Don't forget the app. it is also slow. plus the recent glitch

The app was always really glitchy and buggy for me so I never use it.
Yeah I find it hard to get to the 1 on 1 chat and can only view the group chat

However, the lag issues still haven't completely gone away.In this time, I would recommend to only take 1 new chat at a time, and focus on that chat. If you are needed elsewhere (i.e. someone else PM's you) please open another tab and wait for that to load instead of clicking away from your current chat, because it won't update you automatically. Glitches would be in the form of New Message notifications not going away, that gets confusing so I'd just ignore them.
Of course, one alternative is just to not take any chats at all, or just to leave the siteand do something else. But that wouldn't be any good for the members/guests who still want to chat. So I wouldn't recommend it. I hope this will be fixed completely soon.

I'm experiencing this too. It's not limited to the conversation window though. Even loading the website homepage is slow. I'm guessing that some bugs might have slipped through when they rolled out new features? Or it's a patience practice, and we'll all earn patience badges :P
I'm also having big problems with the app. It's slow and doesn't load the forums or rooms without hassle
I've been kicked off of this account and another account for no reason. It seems like little gitches, and I'm booted off the system. With this account, I can't see chats from personal members anymore or get new chats. I find it to be very frustrating.

website has been lagging a lot lately and in the general requests, peoples' names are coming up twice. i tried to log onto the support & feedback link, but it wouldn't load. AHHHHHH!!!! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!!!
