Advice for teen listener who cant progress on her path

Anyone know how to progress on a path if the step is to ‘introduce yourself to a verified listener

On the website there's usually a Try Something Else button, which brings up a list of alternatives at the top left of the screen.
Alternatively, do some of a training module in order to get past that step on the path.
