(Inactive) Introducing Monthly Event: Newbie AMAs with H
Hello, community, and especially our new users!
7 Cups is a big place, and we expect you'll have questions, and you may not know where to go to get them answered. To better assist you, I will be hosting a monthly open chat to provide guidance and give you quick answers. These will follow the Sharing Circle structure of speaking in a queue-based format.

Check back to this subforum on a monthly basis to see when this event is happening. I will try to schedule them in advance to give you a heads-up. The 2022 schedule is here!
Starting out, these will be half-hour sessions. I may extend the times if this initiative is in high demand.
Rules:
- Newbie support takes precedence. If there are no newbies in the room, you may join the queue.
- This is a QnA session, not a feedback session. I regularly parse feedback submitted through this form.
- If you need to talk to me 1:1 please PM me and I will get back to you as soon as I can, either after the session or later on in the week. (Due to the high volume of my commitments, my response rate is generally 48-72 hours)

Ever heard of the 369 method? I am wondering what you and Glen think of this method and if we could possibly use this .. I checked it out and I think it is pretty awesome. I started today ! I am hoping to win the Lottery lol.. kidding but not really ! 😊 I do use self positive talk along with others.
Also any update about the new crisis 3 digit system that goes along with The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.. you can now punch in 988 and it will take you to the NSPL . May we add this ? Much easier for some I think but it is still good to give the link out or course - 7cups.com/crisis

Hey there! Yes, I had to push it to next week same time on the 24th. I updated it on the calendar so it should change and show monthly as well going forward.
