3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
1. Pushed myself to run longer than yesterday on the treadmill
2. Had a wonderful and enriching conversation on 7 Cups
3. Started learning French to eventually surprise my best friend by being fluent (that's the goal, at least!)

Today I got back to practicing driving
I got up early to do schoolwork
I stayed calm in a hard situation

1. Put on a happy face for my two babies
2. fell apart missing my mom after the babies took a nap
3. I got in an argument with my fiancé because apparently I'm not processing my mom's death fast enough
