Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

1. Fought off the overwhelming urge to take my own life

2. That's pretty much it, it took all my energy

3. But I'm still here so I'm proud i managed it

Cleaned.

Spent time with my daughters.

Tried to fix a broken relationship with my husband's father even though I didn't break it in the first place.

And wrote my husband a letter for when we divorce that I think will help him with his next relationship with someone new.

2. Cleaned some more, dusted, vaccuumed. Felt good.

Today 1:
1. took the courageous step of talking about my struggles with a new person and sharing to them what happened even though i didn't feel like it. but voicing it out is a first step.

2. i let go of the person i needed to let go of by fighting the urge to message them no matter how much i miss them.

3. i fough the urge to self-harm.

2) Implement my skills with my BS in Human Services towards helping others at 7 cups of tea

3) Begin the process of becoming a more active listener at 7 cups of tea again

@reliableMaple8519 Next time, how about replacing the self-harm with crying instead? smiley It's okay to cry, everyone does, it's a human thing to do! Hang in there, you can do it, know that you are deeply loved! heart
