3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

@SparkyGizmo
I like that you are working with your mentor to further improve things!!
@Hope
I would have to say that I don't feel as if my mentor is coming to me from a point of "improving things" as in some sort of behavioral expectation issue. My understanding is that it has been requested of me to move forward on this site and reach for new and even more challenging roles. But rest assured, I would always be up for contructive critism. I am an open and willing spirt.
I'm enjoying the relationship with my mentor. I think they are patient, kind and fair. I think they listen to my specific concerns, understand some of the challenges that I have faced on the site, and trust me to give them complete and honest feedback. This is how good and healthy relationships are born and how they are able to continue. I don't believe in being disengenuos, ever. They "hear' me, this makes a relationship so much more comfortable. I think my mentor is here to listen to me, help me along on my path and move obstacles out of my way in an effort to move forward, provide good direction for me, and show me the path instead of asking me to just figure it out by myself and leaving me to my own devices. None of us can do it alone around here in my opinion
