3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

@GlenM I am trying to give hope to three people a day. Sometimes I only can help one person who is in need and I am okay with that as long as I can help one person who is in need.

Filled out form for 3 badge nominations for my fellow, well deserving listeners! 
For me, nothing brings me more joy than to see amazing people, learning, contributing, showing kindness to others! Following the room rules, using the tools they have learned in that room and from other areas of the site and putting these things into action! I love to see others embracing the true values of 7 cups and executing a plan! This for me is a moment of gratitude!

1. enrolled in a course on psychology for beginners (it might be useful when dealing with people who are in distress)
2. Tended the garden
3. Danced with my daughter in the kitchen
