Unable to post threads

Hello everyone! I have a question.
Whenever I try to post a forum thread, it just says "Code 064" and doesn't let me do anything else. Is this a me problem or a problem with the sire? I'm not even sure if this one will go through, but I hope it will!

But even though it's letting me post here, it's not letting me post anywhere else. I'm not sure why.
Oh never mind, it fixed. Ignore everything I've said up until now. It's all good now! :D
