I have join the app for just like hours and had many technical issues :( I have been kicked out of chat room with my listener and couldn’t get back in no matter how I restart the app, wander between tabs and functions. It’s so exhausting after all steps I take to finally connect with a listener. The help center is unapproachable also. Sorry to vent here but that was not some great experiences.

@intelligentSummer9355 you don't have to apologize for reviewing a product / service , it actually helps the developers improve stuff. So good job bud !

I really get it with the app, it is very troublesome often , could you maybe use the 7 cups website on your laptop or phone or any other device like a tablet etc ?

The site version works way better.
