Hi - I'm the 'other parent' and supervised my daughter's communication online with her.
Thank you for your efforts but this service is worrying. It's slow in that it took over 30 mins to get some sense/answers, on the 2nd 'advisor' it's worrying that a 13 year old is the 'advisor', it's worrying that a distressed 13 year old coming for support is asked if they want to volunteer as a listener, the sites we were referred to were too adult, chat not easy to access and not suitable for a distressed 13 year old. The messages that keep appearing during the very slow conversation are out of context with conversation and create confusion. Perhaps you'd be kind enough to give this feedback to the site organisers.
