People helped under Impact tab

The number of people helped and the number of chats is not the same thing.

indeed, 30 messages exchanged in 1-on-1 is counted like 1 chat. so if you exchange 100 messages with a member, it counts like 4 chats.

and the number of people helped is the number of members and guests you connected with, and exchanged at least 30 message (how many members/guests that you had at least 1 chat with)
