No access to self help guides in app

I don't use the app so I can't really comment here !

However, perhaps if you can tell me what guides you are looking for, I'd be happy to bring them here for you?

I don't believe it's been incorporated in the app. The app lets you do the very basics, such as use the forum, chat and follow your growth path. You would have to access 7 Cups through an internet browser to access the self help guides.

I have found that to be the case yes. I do not like using my phones browser to access 7 cups because the header and footer take up most of my screen. It would be nice to see an app update that includes at least some of the self help content.
