Lack of support from fellow listeners

I joined a support chat, and felt so let down. They seem to laugh at newbies and patronize them rather than help them which is totally unfair.

I expressed I felt this rude and they started hating on me.

I have also had complaints about other listeners from members and it's just showing me that not all listeners are as caring as myself and some others.

It's a shame, it really is.
