Growth Path for Listeners

Hello all

Just an idea. We can start with the personalized monthly progress report for all listeners. The report would give an overview about the effectiveness of conversations the listener has had with the guests/members throughout the month depending upon the feedback received from the guests/members anonymously. The report would give the clarity on the areas of strengths and areas of development accordingly, This would largely help all the listeners to identify their gaps and action the same.
