40 referral clicks is just tough.

Actuallynobody017 November 18th, 2020

Hello everyone. I am writing this post just to say that I am a bit annoyed at this referral requirement in the internship program.

I understand if I had to spread the word to 10 people but 40 random people in 3 months is a bit mean. I think it is a bit self centred on 7cups selves. We are here to help people and one another and not for sponsoring purposes.

So the idea is that I am here spending my 3 months helping 250 members and helping a 100 of them absolutely free of cost and I need to spread the word of 7cups 40 times as well. Wow. It is a very one sided deal. Isn't it ?

Just want listeners, other newbies and internship listeners to give their view . Thank you.

Hello hello πŸ˜€πŸ¦‹πŸ’–πŸŽ‰

Have you seen this helpful guide on getting referred clicks?

https://www.7cups.com/forum/7CupsInternship_167/FAQsandResources_1127/ASimpleGuidetoReferralClicks_84435/1/

I just started my internship on Monday and following this I'm a little over 100. I thought this was going to be a struggle to do. But this is actually a really great resource! πŸ’–πŸ₯°

I personally believe spreading the word is about marketing and communication skills. But it can seem overwhelming if not prepared for it.☺️

That's only my opinion πŸ˜…πŸ’–I'm sure other people will have different views on it!

@LightofWorld

I appreciate it. At the end I still feel like a marketing guy for 7cups. I can do it to a limit and 40 times in a year is okay to me.

I also feel that is not my job. That is not why I am here. 7cups should do that themselves.

At the end I feel searching terms and asking them to come to visit 7cups is not trying to help them at all. It could be a waste of their time as well.

I will try try to do it still. Thank you for the reference.
