I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

7 weeks and 3 days. I'm not sure if I can make it to 7 weeks and 4 days right now if I'm honest though

I've been 3 yrs and is been very hard to stay away. I had a tattoo done on my wrist ( my hand that helps cut me) of Faith , love and hope to help remind me not to self harm myself. It's helped but now I find myself needing another way to help release the pain I have held in for 3 yrs. Teo weeks ago I found this site minutes away of harming myself again. Every time I feel the urge I get back on and just write my pain away. It's not the same sensation but it's slowly healing the many years of pain in my life. Don't ever knock yourself down when you end up turning to this choice of relief . Just remember their is others who understand and pray that one day the hurt you carry will be healed . From one person who hurts to another : we are loved.
