I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

Hi my name is alisha and I have been harming myself for years on and off...and I was wondering if there are any tips to stopping? It has gotten really bad lately and I try to stop but nothing seems to work): I want to go see a doctor but I have to wait a few weeks before my insurance card gets mailed to me...so if there is any advice anyone can give it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi--I've actually been self harm free for four years, nine months and twenty three days. I take my recovery very seriously. I'll admit that quitting self harm was/is the hardest thing I've ever done. Mainly because it never stopped feeling good. I have had to train myself to remember that my coping mechanism isn't healthy and can really hurt my overall health. I entered therapy in my third year or recovery and learned different ways to cope. For example, I now snap a rubber band/hair tie when I feel the need to harm come on. I also use the ice cube method where you hold and ice cube in your hand. I know this might not be your cup of tea but when I first stopped, I painted my nails. It didn't matter the time of day, because let's face it, I hurt myself at the same time everyday. I would remove the current polish and give myself a nice manicure. A bottle of cheap nail polish is under $2 at a drugstore. It helps me focus on something and now I enjoy painting my nails because something positive comes from it--another day of sobriety! These might not help you all the time but it's a nice place to start!

Today I am 3 days clean . I know that it doesn't seem like much but its defiantly a start. From being 0 days clean to just a couple days is good, I know that anything is better than not being clean at all.
