I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

three or four days... not really long enough to lose count obviously but i managed somehow lol
Nearly a year and a half
I messed up. Zero days
About 3 months now, but the scars are barley disappearing which makes me hate myself so much since I was clean for 3 years.... Some days get really hard and I broke down.
3 days clean after about 3-4 months clean :(
