I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

I have lost count, and it's the nicest thing. Although there's many days I want to relapse, I think about having to count the days again and it stops.

I've been clean for just over 2 years. I'm always telling people that it does get easier, when they don't believe me I tell them how long I've been clean. I was self harming every day after school, i just hated myself. But i got the right kind of support and I eventually got clean, it wasn't easy and i did relapse a couple of times. But I am beyond proud of myself for how long I've been free for self harm and I'm proud of anyone that has gone more than a couple of days without cutting. It is hard to overcome but it is possible.

Was clean for about 2 years but now 3 days. I slipped up and had to cover it. I feel like I can't stop thinking of cutting now.

A few weeks, I try not to count days as I feel that would trigger me more. I'm getting better at fighting it, but with school starting up and having lost most of the close relationships I had we'll see how this goes

Sometimes we encounter bumps in the road, and that's natural when we're on the way to greater things. That in no way means that you're weak, but that you're strong enough to carry on going Those 'few weeks' of yours are entirely fantastic, and an amazing milestone that is no easy task! You're wonderful
