how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?
28 days
At this point about 3 months, but i go back and forth with relapses. 10 years of this and I promise if you can stay clean you will feel so much better.
I've been self harm free for 1 month and 5 days. I am a little scared because I just stopped seeing my therapist but I feel okay.
Well done! That's truly amazing :)
Congratulations! I hope yo get there eventually and hearing stories like yours inspire me :)
Three months and hopefully more, I'm in recovery but things aren't all to great but I'm sure I'll be fine c:
That positive attitude will definitely help and we'll done :) Delighted for you.
Thank you!!!
I had been doing really well but had a major relapse there Last Sunday, been too ill to write til now. Fell horrible still, and to make it worse it's like my boyfriend is just pretending it didn't happen, I can't talk to him. Back to see the doctors now tomorrow and getting results from a liver and kidney function test so hopefully I haven't messed them up beyond repair. Feel awful.
15 years
Almost 2 months, but I had a big relapse a few hours ago.
Just remember to keep trying, I know it's hard but we're all here to support each other. I also relapsed recently so I know how you feel, you're nog alone. Try again and keep us updated x
Is it bad that I just got done cutting myself?
You probably don't feel great right now, but just try again. I know it's hard but it will get better. Also talking to a health care professional can really help, it's done wonders for me. Stay safe x
Almost 4 months now (:
That's awesome really happy for you! Stay safe and keep up the good work :D
Congrats everyone - you all are doing incredible things for yourself Keep it up!
