how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.
Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?
Almost 4 years sober from a 7 year addiction.
93 days, currently on my record. Also the number of days since I was admitted to the hospital for a week.
1 week 😊
74 Days!!!
It's been almost 3 years. But the urge is always there.
10 minutes now and still wanting more
3.5 years but its still a struggle everyday to keep my thoughts from taking over
Apart from a small relapse a few months ago, it's been almost 2 years :) The struggle against it can be difficult at times, but I've gotten better at resisting the urges. My distraction box has been really helpful, it had tattoos, a lollipop, tangle toy, friendship bracelet kit, perfume, massage butter, chocolate, pictures of family and friends, letters from friends in it, an old mp3 with music on it and Sharpies to draw all over my arm, so that I couldn't do anything in that area :) distracting my mind and keeping my hands busy were the main things that were helpful for me. Keep your head up, keep your heart strong x
A good week, I was clean for about 2 and a half months before that though. I'm trying my best!
