Hi Oxy <3 I'm so glad to meet you and welcome to 7 cups! I'm so sorry to hear that you've been dealing with SH and so much.. that truly sounds so difficult but I hope you feel better soon. It takes a lot of courage to open up about these things though so I'm glad you have that courage and I know you'll make it through! Take care :)
