Sleeping hacks for depressed insomniac?

Sorry to hear you're having trobles sleeping that can be super challenging, I understand your struggles. For some people participating in some form of exercise one hour before sleep helps and then once finishing that exersise avoiding lengthy times on technological devices can be helpful! Rather having a warm drink and some chilling time e.g read a book/ meditating can help them. Do you think these may be some options you'd be open to trying at all?
