it took such a courage to throw the sharp thing out of my reach but should i be happy about it? doing it everyday was relieving but what am suppose to do when the urge keeps coming back every morning. idk how long i can keep this going 🚶🏻♀️

Try to find new ways to cope with the urges and continue to remind yourself of the reasons why you made the decision to stop.
