I am very happy to report that I am over 2 months clean!! Recovery is possible and we can do it together!

This is fantastic news! I am so proud of you for being clean from SH for 2 months now! How did you stop? What coping strategies have you found to be the most helpful.

I live by one quote in my life: "There is always a rainbow after that storm." I knew that eventually, that big storm would pass. It might take a while, but it will, and there is a rainbow on the other side of it. Something I did to help my urges was find something to occupy myself. For example, I learned how to crochet and started doing my own nails. I also would try and hang out with my friends as much as possible or be around others. Because I knew that if I were by myself I would have urges. If I was by myself I would do my hobbies or I would cut a canvas. I would paint also so I had a lot of canvases and I would cut it instead of myself. I hope this helped <3.
